For the technical handling of forms, we use OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites for hosting and server functions, Postmark for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention. These providers process data only as needed to provide their respective services and under their applicable terms and security measures.
Retention period
Form messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication, but normally for no longer than twelve months. Information may be retained longer where required by law or when it becomes part of an ongoing collaboration. Technical data used to prevent misuse is kept as limited and for as short a period as possible.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data. You may also object to processing, request restriction or lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
